I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with Done Right's service. I had a problem with my power-flush toilet and Bill not only diagnosed the problem correctly (I had previously spent several hundred dollars on another plumbing company to try to correct the problem and still had the same problem), but saved me money by checking the warranty and getting me free parts. The charge to install the new parts was VERY reasonable (especially compared to the last plumber ;).)

I've been dealing with Done Right for 13 years and they always do a great job. The technicians are very professional and always explain the problem and take care of it efficiently. They're great.
