Highly recommend Doodlebuggers!
Tonia and the office staff were most knowledgeable and made it easy for us to choose the perfect gas logs for our fireplace.
Unfortunately, the logs I ordered were delayed in shipping, but Doodlebuggers knew of my urgent need to have logs installed for the holidays as I was having guest from out of town and was hoping to have the fireplace up and running.
Doodlebuggers came through, and on December 26th Greg and Thomas arrived with a set of substitute logs to install. Greg and Thomas were efficient and professional. They took the time to answered all my questions and concerns and it was a pleasure talking to them.
Thanks to Doodlebuggers, my guests and I had warm comfy evenings for the remainder of the holidays!
When my original logs arrived, JP installed the new logs and again the same efficiency and professionalism was evident.
I have dealt with many service companies through the years and this is one of the best!
