Honestly, I won't be going back. The last three times, I've tried to explain what I want and I keep just getting the same hair cut. I know I'm not the expert, but if my hair won't either, do the style I'm wanting and/or it won't look good on me or in fact, is impossible, I would expect a professional to explain that to me. Three times now, I've paid a healthy cost, then gone home and cut it myself to get the style I was looking for in the first place. Since I can do it, why can't she? Even when I show her a picture. Sadly, I REALLY like her and the first few times I went, apparently because I was asking for something she understood how to do, I loved the way she cut my hair. I decided to grow it back out, which has been impossible, because she cuts off the growth in the back every single time, because she insists I need that undercut hump on the back of my head. I had almost got to my shoulders and now I'm shaving the back of my neck again. What is the point of this? "It looks like a mullet," is a fine statement, but followed by you'll want to tuck it behind your ears as it grows just makes if more of a mullet, right? I literally had a flat top and a box around my head. When I complained, she restyled, not cut, styled and I had an hold lady helmet because I have curly hair and she obviously has no idea what to do with curls...Maybe refer me to someone that does? What is the point of this? Why should I pay good money to have to go home and fix it myself? I EVEN looked up the official hairstyle terminology, which apparently is choppy and I got even bob, undercut, helmet and all the length that the extended time between appointments produced, cut off. So no, I won't be going back and I won't be recommending Dosha to anyone.
