I'm a 10+ year regular customer. The cut and color were good, as usual. However, the salon did not have hot water for shampoo in my late Dec visit. Also, the 10% price increase, effective in November, will result in less frequent visits to the salon for me. (I can't recall the last time I received a 10% bump in salary).
Bottom line, the cold water shampoo and surprise price increase, leads me to rate my visit as just average.
