My stylist, Sue, is just fine. She listens to what I want done and executes well.
I have two problems, which will affect whether I return:
First - your policy of demanding cash or check for tips is inconvenient to your clients and probably unfair to the stylists. No other salon I have ever been to does this.
Second, disregard for the client trickles down - every time I have been there, someone has come along and taken my stylist away for a question or task, leaving me sitting in the chair.
Caring about your customers should be your first priority, not your payment processing costs, or other internal concerns.
