I think that you need to reevaluate your pricing for the contact fitting fee. There should be a scaled fee for those customers who come back year after year satisfied with their contacts. I understand the need to charge for your service, however, those customers who require less attention with regards to the fitting of the contacts should pay less. As for me, I have decided to end our relationship and I will now spend the money that I would have spent for an optometrist every year for laser vision correction.
