I was expecting a teeth cleaning appointment. All I got was my teeth exrayed. I had to make another appointment. That is irritating, disappointing and a needless waste of my time.
Also, check out is not marked. I went to the wrong window to check out.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Our office strives to meet our patient needs and many times for new patients we do initial x-rays, exam, treatment plan and reschedule as needed. We try to verify what will be done prior to each visit so we can meet our patient needs. Also we make sure our staff are all trained to assist patients at any desk to minimize wait time when completing their visit with us.
