I had a pedicure by Erica. I was greeted immediately as I walked in, I didn't have to wait, I was offered water or a beverage. The spa equipment is immaculate. It smells wonderful and they use great products. The cost was only a few dollars higher than your production line nail salons that smell bad, you don't know if they're sanitized, and they use cheap priducts. Of course it's a better experience having someone sweet like Erica to chat with. I don't like the atmosphere in the salons where the "techs" are speaking loudly to each other in a foreign language.
