This job was a tough job for the guys at Dowdys’s! There were multiple fixes on the vehicle, and everything was satisfactorily completed at the end of the week. Dan and Robert were on top of the repairs going on and kept me informed on their progress on a daily basis. They kept true to their bid to get the work done at the price quoted.

The only word of advice I would give is not to quote such a short time period to complete the repairs. Other than that, job well done!

Dan kept me updated on what was happening with the car and told me how much I could expect to pay for the repairs. When I got the final bill, there were no surprises or extra charges, which is one of the reasons why I'm a repeat customer.

The team at Dowdy's provides excellent customer service. They are friendly, detailed and communicative with their customers. I appreciate that they provide clear diagnostics and step-by-step updates on the repair process. I recently returned my son's vehicle to have some work done again under warranty. The experience was seamless, smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend them for a cost-effective but reliable experience.
