The whole staff is professional and friendly!! Modern office with latest equipment. I have had the same hygienist for my last four cleanings and could not be happier with all she does. Kind, professional, adds helpful comments about the care of my teeth, and does a great job cleaning my teeth!!! Thank you staff!!!

Always a good experience...i'd like to say a good time, but visiting the dentist is not my idea of a good time. but the former staff and current staff, technicians, doctor, et al, are also just excellent people as well as professionals. Some days they have long hours and are still as courteous to me as if i was their first patient.

Hygienist was great - Evette?(sp)

It was a surprise to be seated with a new hygienist as I thought my appt. would be with Cindy. She apparently moved and it would have been nice to have been notified and given the option to see another hygienist. While a nice young woman, one could tell Amanda is new at this and took twice as long to clean my teeth, which was not much. Orange cream, cherry, bubble gum flavored cleaning paste should be used on kids, not adults, or at least ask the patient what flavor they prefer. The orange cream was disgusting. The new instrument used with the cleaning paste tickled more than cleaned. There was no pressure at all and felt like a dusting vs. buffing. What is it? A Sonicare with a buffer tip? It was also surprising that the hygienist scheduled my next appt. in the exam room as the staff at the front desk were too busy. Really, too busy to wait on a client? Dr. Hire made a 2-minute exam...literally, no comment other than everything looks ok. I inquired about an ongoing concern and received a response but it did not feel "right". I left feeling I was processed, like paperwork. The only person that cared to interact with me was the hygienist. Over the past year fees have been increased which are not covered by my insurance, I do not feel like the service I received yesterday justifies the increase. Patients need to feel like they matter, yesterday was not a good experience for this 25+-year patient.
