Always very nice when coming in for a cleaning. Place is clean and they use an essential oils diffuser which is really nice !! They offer you to watch a TV show or movie while you are getting your dental work done. I like that because it distracts me as the dentist is not my favorite to visit. They make the all around experience better.

1. She does clean teeth well....I will give her that compliment.
2. Did not go over x-rays with me
3. Did not examine my mouth, my bite, my cheeks as they were bitten from seizures, my tongue for oral cancer, or any other part of the "normal" standard practice which is put in place by the American Dental Association.
4. For a Dentist who is so "covid-19" safety precautioned I was quite surprised that they did not want a copy of my records showing my three Covid-19 vaccination records. This would be for not only their protection, but for mine as well.
5. Did not check my jaw and I am having major jaw/bone problems. It was written down on my health questionnaire. I feel it was perhaps a discrimination issue because I am on Dentical, but they still get paid. They still must do the same exam and standard of practice they do for others.
6. I was not impressed. I will not be going back.
7. Oh, and when I asked to use the bathroom the answer wAs "yes", but please make sure you spray the toilet with Lysol before and AFTER! WOW! Let me say this. She had dust on her toilet and the bathroom was not clean.
8. I am a repeat client and gave her a second chance. She was just as sticky this time as she was last year. She pushes BIOTENE mouthwash every time. Perhaps the company pays her.

For Covid related protocols we follow the guidelines as set forth by the CDC and CDA in the healthcare facilities. As an additional precaution patients and staff are asked to spray hypochlorous acid before and after use of our restrooms.
