Two years ago I broke my front tooth. I lost over half of my original tooth, but thankfully the nerve was intact. I went straight to Dr. Baldone, and he and his staff were thorough, kind, and attentive. They fitted me with a temporary cap, and made preparations for a permanent porcelain cap.
I cannot tell you how thankful I am for Dr. Baldone's skill and care. The permanent cap matches my teeth to perfectly, it has fooled a UAB dental student and a Harvard educated dentist. It looks like a real tooth to the point that even I occasionally forget it is a cap. The color is perfectly matched, and the fit is wonderful. He is such an excellent cosmetic dentist! I'm so happy I lived in Birmingham when I cracked my tooth :)
