I cancelled my visit when I asked the hygienist if he was vaccinated; he is not. I am disappointed that you do not require your staff to be vaccinated, including temporary staff (legitimate medical reasons notwithstanding). I know this issue has been raised at your clinic in the past and, by this time, would expect that it should be resolved. Because I am paying monthly for your dental services program, I feel I am being shortchanged by this experience. I plan to return when an appointment can be scheduled with a vaccinated hygienist.
