Here’s the deal:
The office is run by professionals. On the day of my second appointment, they called me because the office was running EARLY. When does that happen in the medical world? Take note: this is either efficiency, or not over-scheduling, or both. You feel like a patient, not an assembly line mouth.
The staff is all women (from what I can tell) and they are all professionals. All of them. They are friendly, but don’t mess around, which is admirable in today’s age.
They use state of the industry equipment, including taking digital imagery, which I found to be kind of annoying at first, but then they actually use that imagery to show you things on your teeth on the screen and provide a baseline so they can review prior to your visit.
Dr Stotts is extremely professional and it shows in her work and the way she runs her practice. This is how modern dentistry is supposed to be.
