The doctor was good but the staff was below average. They have to improve the customer service and the people skills.

Thank you for pointing this out. I already addressed the issue with my tech. No excuse. With respect to gloves or sanitizing. That is not a requiredment with the health dept as no ones fingers go in a patients eye.

Our supplier is now charging us for shipping, so unfortunately we have to pass on that cost. Also our reimbursement from insurance and new lower contact lens fees have required we charge for shipping.
