Asst. didn't listen to what I said, so I had to be X-rayed twice. I had to call the next day to learn diagnosis rather than be called by the office, as I was told would happen.
Dr. Graffeo replied:
The doctor wanted to review the radiograph with a specialist and could not show him the film personally until the day ended. The patient's phone call to the office was before noon the following day, so yes, the patient did call us before we were able to return the call as we see scheduled patients all day.
