The front staff was nice and prompt. The doctor and nurse were ok too. Would have felt a little more confident, if I wasn’t asked the same questions that were on the paperwork they had me to complete at check in. Other than that, overall, it was a pleasant visit.

Dr Martin was super sweet and caring and very happy to help with any concerns I had. She made me feel so comfortable and content. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was the nurse that came in before her. She was so rude and visibly did not want to be there and did NOT try to hide it at all. I could tell her judgement when I answered the basic questions asked before the appointment which genuinely made me want to start lying about my answers so people don’t look at me the same way she did. I was very nervous for this appointment and she did not help my anxiety at all. I really wish I could recommend dr Martin to everyone, but that nurse really ruined the whole experience for me.

Overall, I had a fine experience during this visit. People were nice and the office space was clean and organized. However, my appointment started approximately 50 minutes after it was scheduled to start, and I saw two patients who had appointment times after me (and checked in after me) be taken back for their appointments well before I was. In addition, I described several times my reason for the visit, but the doctor did not listen to me well and I had to repeat myself several times. I do not think enough time or care was invested into the appointment with me and understanding my specific needs. I likely will not go back and will continue to search for a new OBGYN.

I have been seen Dr Martin and her staff since 2014. They have always been so heartwarming and caring. She delivered both my children, did my iud (never had a problem with it falling out or anything!), and done my tubal ligation. She has been there through it all with me. I never once had to worry about another doctor coming in because she is always there for her patients! Her and the staff will help anyway they can! They are absolutely AMAZING!!

Dr. Martin and her staff are wonderful! She has delivered both of my babies and I couldn't have ask for anyone better! She is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have and I recommend her to anyone. You and your baby will be in great care with her!
