Dr. Ruckman is not only very knowledgeable, but he and his staff are very personal with you and your needs and concerns. They all spend time making sure you are comfortable with their explanations and procedures. They also are on time with the appointments and service, which is nice not to have to wait, when it is the appointment time you had made.
