I love this office and have been coming since I was a child, but I was a little disappointed in my cleaning this time. It lasted about 5 minutes that was it. I have veneers and usually the hygienist will clean under them and that was not done this time. Water pik was not used and either was the air. I do not feel like I got a good cleaning this time.

So sorry that you were a little disappointed with your cleaning this time. You were asked before leaving the chair if your teeth felt clean and you responded in a positive manner. The cleaning around your veneers was done very gingerly because you expressed concern that one of them was cracked and you wanted no further damage caused. As far as the water pik goes, we are trying not to use it as it creates an aerosol. Creating an aerosol is currently not in line with CDC guidelines.
