Dr. Campbell is a skilled and personable dentist who makes me fell at ease during visits and procedures. This is very important to me since I am normally a dental-phobic person. I recommend him highly.
Doctors and staff are knowlegeable and friendly, and don't make a hard sales push to buy glasses from them. Also, when I had an eye injury a few years ago, Dr. Bregel saw me quickly and arranged for another specialist to see me, too, immediately. I was worried about my sight at the time, but he moved so quickly and professionally to make sure I got the care and follow-up I needed. I will be a customer as long as I live in Baltimore.
Service is sub-par and I actually hate coming here but it seems to be the only salon in Baltimore that performs relaxers so I'm stuck.Overall, the level of customer service is just lacking and I don't feel like a valued customer. I'm 100% convinced Ros does not like me for some reason. She's super dry when greeting me when I walk into the salon but she's super friendly to other customers. She's rough when washing my hair and kept bending my head back aggressively which hurt my neck. It's also really strange that I have to walk myself to the hair dryer, put it on and adjust it myself (usually she's too busy chatting with her staff to do this). In my previous experience, the stylists or the assistants have done that in every other salon I've been to. It's like she's focused on everyone but me when I'm in her chair. I miss my old stylists and the repartee we used to have. At this salon, I sit in silence while she talks to everyone but me. She also has literally yelled at me a LOT. She's yelled at me because I don't like the crap Paul Mitchell products she shoved down my throat and because my scalp was tingling during a relaxer. The other stylists seem really nice and I wish I would've gone to one of them instead. The other plus side is that I'm in and out in an hour so I don't have to suffer too long!
