Unfortunately this last visit was not as good as usual. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment and was told to reschedule when I arrived. I took one appointment and my husband did not have his cleaning. I had a problem with paperwork. I sent a letter to the office regarding my insurance and asked the office to appeal their decision. The office lost the letter and I had to fax another copy. I never received an apology for this inconvenience. This information was not listed in my records and the change in prescription was not noted on my chart. The new hygenist did a good job in cleaning my teeth but I was not as happy with my visit as I usually am

In order to not inconvenience other patients who arrive in a timely manner, we do occasionally ask a patient to reschedule an appointment if they are running significantly late for an appointment on more than one occasion.
