I first was introduced to Dragonfly Automotive through a Groupon ad for an oil change. I met the owner Julio, and since then I am a customer for life (or as long as I'm in SD!). Tom and Julio are true customer service experts. I sat in the lobby and watched each customer interaction handled with a fun, friendly, professional manner. It's a comfortable environment that breeds trust. That is what will keep me coming back! I have sent two of my co-workers to the shop.
