I would never go back there. I had a cleaning done sometime late 2014 and just got a bill dated March 5, 2015, with a balance due for $170.00 and a balance brought forward date of February 2, 2015. The procedure was done in 2014 and the woman that I spoke to said she kept submitting the claim to the insurance company. Who does this?
Why would she not call me and let me know. My insurance coverage was changed, but no one ever took the time to call or send me a letter.. Why would she keep submitting it to the insurance company over and over, when she got nowhere with them and have the nerve to send me an overdue invoice months later. They're idiots.
