I had moved to Charleston and did not yet have an eye doctor. I woke with an issue and they were able to see me the same day. The staff is very professional, warm, and caring. I am thankful for their care, follow up and explanations of everything.

Everyone is very friendly and competent and the facility is very nice, and I felt like the exam was very thorough. - However, the one piece of feedback I would give is to make the appointments shorter. I was there for 2 full hours for a yearly contact lens exam.

I've been a patient with the Draisin vision group for years. I have always had excellent service concerning my eyecare needs, one thing that had a lasting impression on me was during a time when both of my eyes had an infection, Doctor Draisin himself took the time to see me on a weekend when the office was not even open to make sure the I received the treatment that my eyes needed to heal.
