Very Clean facility with nice people. My problem was that my tires are max 50 psi. I left for a long drive north of 4 hours, and the car wasn't handling well. It was only the next day that I realized that my tires were deflated to 29 psi. They are not stock tires.
I have talked with this customer. Their tires were overinflated causing premature tire ware and poor handling. This car is a Mazda Miata which is a very small car. The tires have a specific tire pressure that is written inside the drivers door. The max tire pressure is from the tire manufacturer stating the max pressure with a full load that the tire is designed to carry. This car manufacturer recognizes the max load vs the actual load this car puts on the tire and comes up with a tire pressure for this exact car. I put the tires at the manufacturer recommended tire pressure. So I am assuming if I overinflated the tire to 50 psi that the customer has put in there and they got in an accident due to the tires not performing properly then it I would have been at fault also. Interesting world we have. :)

Always excellent service! Always make sure I understand what’s wrong with my car and the options available to fix it. Without prompting, they told me what needs to be done now and what can wait. They even pointed out things that the chain locations missed. This time they even helped me find a body shop to work on my son’s car.

Good value for the money. Dropped off vehicle at 11:00 am and the car was ready at 2:00 pm for front brake pad replacement and resurfaced rotors.

I did not do a review this time. When I came back after doing filter & oil change. Had my tires check. I noticed my car was blinking.
I talked to my friend in Wingler, he says his car did the same And it was his sensor. He went to Sonoco nearby & had it fixed.
Since Sonoco was just next door and was due for my state inspection I made an appointment that Monday, I was surprised, it was open even when it was a holiday Sunday, day before. So I was told my 2 sensors needed to be addressed and did my State inspection.
