Dr. Rosen's online booking system does not work. I made an appointment and received an email on the day of the appointment that it had been rescheduled - no call or email to see if I was available at the new time. When I called the office to see what had happened they were extremely apathetic and honestly, couldn't be bothered with providing any semblance of customer service. I still went to the office at my original appointment time to see if Dr. Rosen could still see me and thankfully, they were able to squeeze me in after about 1.5 hours of waiting. Then, one of Dr. Rosen's assistants wanted me to get an x-ray before the doctor saw me. I was not coming in for a concern about a broken bone and x-rays can become expensive. I declined and said I wanted to speak with the doctor before doing something I wasn't sure was medically necessary.
Dr. Rosen assessed my injury and was kind and thorough.
I would give Dr. Rosen a 5/5 but I was extraordinarily displeased with his office staff.
