That's kind of how I feel about Dr. Schwarz and his team! All of my life I was a terribly dental-phobic - and you could know that by the work I needed done on my teeth. Dr. Schwarz broke it all down for me and not only me get over the fear and trust him - but he fixed my teeth too (that was even more than I could expect !!). So now I think I'm a great dental patient and I love my visits - but that's only because I have a great dentist - and just like dancing with a professional dancing partner (they make you look good even when you don't know what you are doing!) No respect for clients!!! I was referred to this dental office my roommate. I live in Brooklyn and it’s 2 hours drive on public transport. My first visit experience was excellent, doctors and staff was friendly and helpful. But my second visit went like: make payment, sit, procedure is done, you will receive instructions and explanations on your next visit, buy. They were busy, I guess. It was on 08.14.21. They scheduled my next visit to Friday 08.20.21 at 4pm. I got from work 3 hours early, at 2pm (cause of 2 h drive). And at 2:05 I received a call from front desk, saying that they had to reschedule my visit. And the reason why they called the last minute was - We only saw our schedule, we couldn’t see your name and number before(???) What is this? What kind of response is this? My appointment was scheduled a week ago, but my name and number popped up only 2 hours before my appointment time???Read More …
