No respect for clients!!! I was referred to this dental office my roommate. I live in Brooklyn and it’s 2 hours drive on public transport. My first visit experience was excellent, doctors and staff was friendly and helpful. But my second visit went like: make payment, sit, procedure is done, you will receive instructions and explanations on your next visit, buy. They were busy, I guess. It was on 08.14.21. They scheduled my next visit to Friday 08.20.21 at 4pm. I got from work 3 hours early, at 2pm (cause of 2 h drive). And at 2:05 I received a call from front desk, saying that they had to reschedule my visit. And the reason why they called the last minute was - We only saw our schedule, we couldn’t see your name and number before(???) What is this? What kind of response is this? My appointment was scheduled a week ago, but my name and number popped up only 2 hours before my appointment time???Read More …
