Any business has a fiduciary obligation to give a cost estimate before work happens. This office failed to do so. They also failed to check my insurance coverage before the work. I received an almost $900 bill at the office at which time I no longer had the right to decline service. Convenient how this was all blamed on my insurance. This was twice the amount of money I expected and has now put a burden on my family. The service was good but the billing leaves nothing to be desired

You are all wonderful professionals. BUT I must stop getting cavities!!!! Pretty soon my entire mouth will be filled with nothing but crowns and fillings!! The new Sonicare brushes I have now "may" help....all of you promised!!!!

By the way, we don't have an appointment for next year's check-up....does that mean we won't be invited back????
