I am new to BC and I can't tell you how relieved I was to find a salon that made me feel like a valued client. It is truly rare to find an establishment that understands the power of word of mouth and also the fact that clients (especially women) come in to spend time and money to feel pampered and relaxed, so it should be the number one priority to keep the client coming back to have another enjoyable experience time after time. A huge shout out to my stylist "O" who was down to earth and fabulous!! Thanks for the awesome first experience in your salon Michaud's!!!!

Miranda is very knowledgeable and professional. Asked me all the right questions to get to know me. New my needs better than I did. As well, Answered all my questions without hesitation and did not judge or question my lack of knowledge. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
