A little disappointed in the quality of service. You don't have a hygienist and therefore a "dentist" did the cleaning of my teeth. He spoke so much with his assistant that he forgot the patients' discomfort. I had to interrupt and remind him of the job at hand. I believe that he took the criticism personally that he didn't complete the job.

He never introduced himself to me, perhaps hoping I didn't catch his name "Dr. Chang". Just a simple "hello". I did instruct him on my sensitive teeth and he was attentive.

Brea dental group has been a god send for me and my family. I had a severe abscess and the dentist immediately addressed and resolved the issue. Also, I had my teeth evaluation done and found I would need to address some pretty major issues. Before any dates/appointments were made, the office manager stepped in and said before we make these appointments let’s make sure there is enough insurance money to help cover the expenses. That was the first time in my 40 plus years of visiting a dentist that someone wanted to ensure my insurance would cover the procedures and if there would be enough money. She was looking out for me. Thank you!

Everything was great but I had a business call to answer so I stepped out. They came out 2 times .. I felt harrassed. The call lasted 12 min.(about) My appointment was 100 and was walking to the chair at 113. I know you have a time schedule but so does the customer. I really think to get me 2 times was overkill when I said I would be there in a few minutes.

I've never had her clean my teeth before and she wasn't gentle at all plus saliva was spraying all over my face. I've been coming to your office for years and have never seen this employee before. Please don't give her to me again! Normally I'd recommend people to your offices but this wasn't a good experience.
