I was pleasantly surprised with my satisfaction of my first visit.. I had seen my previous dentist for the last 17 years and thought I had it good. I had previously been happy with the office and service of the folks I was accustomed to, so I didn't expect for this first visit to be so wonderful. From Ana at the front desk, to Meena my hygienist, and Dr. Nguyen... all parties involved were fantastic! The new facility is gorgeous! I plan to bring my 2 year old here, who has previously had a traumatic experience at a pediatric dentist. I'm so glad I listened to my sister to try this office out!

Great first impression. Very nice staff. Took extra time for me as a new patient and was a great exp. I think this will be my new dentist.

I am normally very happy with this place overall, but this not so much with the last visit when I took my daughters to a cleaning.

It could be that my daughter's teeth are extremely clean and healthy, but taking only a total of 10 minutes for the hygienist to clean my daughter's teeth, to me, is questionable.

I found the dentist, assistant & receptionist to be helpful & friendly, I also found that my dentist & the assistant can take a joke.

EXAMPLE: Just before giving me the numbing shot my dentist told me to let him know if it was too painful. As a joke I decided to flinch "big time" both he & assistant JUMPED. I started laughing & then they knew it was a joke.

I prefer my dentist & assistant(s) have a sense of humor. When they do, I leave the office with a crooked smile instead of focusing on the procedure, numb gums & swollen cheeks @->---
