We were about to trade our Mercedes car and SUV in for a GM car because the cost to maintain the two automobiles was ridiculous when taken to the dealer, but we found Dreamcars Auto Repair and found them to reputable, reliable, and affordable. The mechanics are certified and knowledgeable and as a result of the positive mechanical and customer service, we will keep our cars and always take them to Dreamcars for service.

If you wanna leave your car for 24hrs for an oil change, go ahead. They did offer lyft so not all bad. But they also did not pay attention to the things I asked them to look for. Wouldn’t recommend. But to each its own.

I will never bring my BMW here again. I took it there for a light out on my right drivers side and they told me they replaced the bulb but it still wasn’t working. $300 for a diagnosis since the mechanic thought it would be electrical. Mind you the $300 does not go towards labor or repairs. I decide to take it to the BMW service department. Diagnosis is $195, it was just the bulb. No electrical problems, fuse wasn’t out! I called Dream Cars to tell them this and no one in management called me back. I would have spent probably over $500 for no reason which infuriates me. If their mechanics aren’t certified to actually work on these types of cars then they need a new job. I’m very upset over this.

Stacy and Carlo are the nicest people. They are very helpful and make sure every repair is necessary. They are careful in explaining all the work that is done. The staff is courteous and patient. Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs.
