Very very unprofessional lead receptionist Jessica is not very professional as even hang up on me on the phone does not take care of business I've waited 6 months just to get an answer from their office as to get some work done and comes out with excuse after excuse every time hung up on me the last time I called because I was disappointed again very very unprofessional very ghetto like type

I did give you the opportunity to stop screaming at me and advised you that I would terminate the call if it did not change. I will encourage my team and anyone for that matter to not be treated disrespectfully or to be harassed.
