The staff at Dr. Galera's office are super friendly and always remember my name, which I appreciate. The technology used always seems new and they are always concerned with my comfort during my appointments, anything from providing headphones during fillings to listen to music or podcasts, to sunglasses to block out the bright overhead light.
My only concerns have been over the billing from the office as it always seems higher than what my insurance plan allows and inevitably I end up paying a little out of pocket for any service that isn't a routine cleaning. I'm sure this is standard though, but it does make me hesitant to go to the dentist when money is tight.
