Took the time to explain the entire process. Definitely felt the human connection, and made me feel at ease, and as if I had been a longtime patient.
However, I wish maybe my eyes had been dialated after I chose frames as it became a bit challenging to see clearly with my eyes dialeted. Also, Missy who was assisting me, left halfway through helping me, to assist another customer. I was pressed for time, and wa not able to choose a pair of glasses. Now I have to make a second trip, to choose a pair. Was hoping I could’ve done everything on on day.
