Dr. Froumas was excellent, I truly enjoyed the experience of having a skilled professional examine my eyes, and with so much charisma. I also must say that the technicians in the front of the office were especially helpful. Dora worked with me first, and was excellent at giving her own personal opinion not only about how the frame looked on my face, but how it went with my personality and style. I worked with two other technicians who were somewhat less memorable. By the end of my visit I was confident in the frames I chose, and I felt wonderful leaving the office. My last item of business was getting my glasses tightened. I was a little disappointed in this portion of my visit as a plump lipped woman helped me, she seemed a little off-putting and not so friendly as she slouched at the machine and frowned at me while it tightened my current frames. Overall though, I was extremely satisfied with my visit and I can't wait to pick up my new glasses!

The front desk person was intelligent and was able to pull up my insurance records quickly. An optometrist assisted me in selecting a frame and explained the lenses options clearly.
The person who was collecting payment asked a question that reminded me about my HSA which reduced my out-of-pocket expense.

I called about a concern about my eyes and was given an appointment very quickly. I was quickly checked out to make sure there was no immediate problem. Very courteous staff!!!!

Dr. Froumis always does a through exam and explains findings in a way that I can easily understand. He is also nice and fun around kids, so my daughter enjoys the appointment, too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ting's for many years. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced optometrist. Going to Dr. Gold and associates is an enjoyable experience. They have a beautiful facility in Sunnyvale with ample parking. I highly recommend Dr. Ting.
