Have been a patient for a VERY LONG time and the experience is always great... they really show an interest in the health of your eyes and provide options as well as thorough explanations... after all these years it is very apparent that we still see "eye to eye" on how well they take care of their patients.

I went into the office for glaucoma testing with Dr. Goldstone. I saw another doctor in the interim. As usual he was behind schedule. Then I had to do additional testing with a tech, but couldn't complete the test because the machine had been turned off. I sat around more than 30 minutes waiting for it to warm up, when the tech asked her Manager what to do. According to the manager, the doctor will see me in a month for the rest of the exam. After spending 2 hours in the office, I never saw the doctor I had the appointment with. I left the office feeling annoyed and irritated.

There were a lot of clients that were waiting to be checked but the staff did an amazing job addressing their reasons for it being short staffed.

I was seen on an emergent basis. Monica is always kind, friendly, courteous, helpful and sympathetic - she is able to establish rapport with the patients here and I appreciate that. Dr. Justin Wong evaluated me and was similarly sympathetic and understanding of my "plight" and was able to reassure me and provide easy-to-understand explanations of the problem and treatment. Triana assisted me in choosing an 'emergency' set of glasses. I appreciated her support, advice and demeanor during our time together. This office works like a well-oiled machine and I am always confident in the care I receive from them. They have always assisted me with kindness and compassion, and even expedited my emergency treatments. I'm not sure that I've had this kind of attentiveness from any of my other physician offices. Thank you!!!!!
