I would have rated the repair a 5-star if it weren't for the cost. Although I haven't done a survey on other auto repair shops to see what they would have charged, I feel that over $1,330 for an A/C compressor replacement is pretty high. $767 of that was labor and the parts were $521 (for an after-market compressor - not OEM). On the plus side, all options for repair were explained, the service person was polite and considerate, the repair was done when he said it would be done, and I was given a ride to and from my home.

I did not sell you the oil change card.but i do know that a SRT8 hemi takes o-40w full syn oil. from the factory,all i was doing was informing you of that.
Sorry you feel this way about us "up-selling"/ letting you know what services are due and any safty issues that might be present.
