I am sorry about your experience with the tire rotations. We will look into why this is happening. We usually ask if customer wants tire rotation performed and will not rotate is client does not ask for this service. There are a lot of clients that have a tire rotation plan somewhere else where they have purchased tires. I would like for you to call the store and we will make this matter right.
