Thanks for the review Dan. Sorry to hear about the problems with the topical anesthesia. As it turns out, it was the suction tube not being strong enough - The unit died this morning. It's being replaced and Jen, our regular hygienist is back from maternity leave, so I hope that we'll earn five stars in the future. Thank you for your trust!
