Always appreciate Dr Byers' help with keeping my aging joints moving, which increases my quality of life and reduces the pain and discomfort which I get when things tighten up, too much.

Not only did they ship the day following my evening order, they took the time to call me (morning of next day) first just to double check the way I was planning on using my Jackjaw for compatibility with what I ordered. I was apprehensive that I had picked the correct one (turned out I had) but the call was great for reassurance and really demonstrated they care and are all about service. My Jackjaw arrived right on time, the day before I needed it for a large home foundation pour. The next day we poured 31 yards of concrete and the normal process for concrete contractors is to pull the metal stakes and replace them with wood ones to hold the form while curing. This is so they can get the concrete out of the nail holes and not end up losing them permanently to the concrete's grasp. I told my workers not to worry about the metal stakes, I'll take care of them. I let the concrete set firm for a few hours longer than normal (90F heat), then systematically went around pulling (140) 36" long 3/4" round metal stakes EASILY with my Jackjaw, wiping them clean and banging together to clear the nail holes, then dropping back into the stake hole (foundation wall poured down 6" for 2-part slab pour cap next week, forms remain for slab edge). The only challenge faced was 6 stakes that were buried 30" in a concrete wall. The trick was to hit the stake downward first to break the concrete friction, then grab and pull with JJ. Only lost one stake (Out of 140) because we set it in the exact inside corner of two wood forms, not because the tool wouldn't be able to remove it (we learned where not to put our stake next time). The engineering is impressive as you use the tool, especially the brilliance of how the head articulates to allow access into tight, awkward spaces like alongside diagonal braces. This tool is badass American pride and you'll impress everyone when you break it out. Great job Jackjaw!!!!

While I don't consider myself a picky person, I have jumped from dentist to dentist trying to find the perfect fit for our family. Bellbrook Family Dentistry is finally IT! Dr. Harmeyer did an incredible job with my son's braces! His teeth look amazing but most importantly to me, his experience was great. They were truly concered about him and how he felt. Their friendly staff is really second to none. They know us by name and are always smiling when we visit. I can tell they're even smiling when I talk with them on the phone! They get us in on time and on our way as quickly as they can! My kids (11 and 8) actually like going to the dentist! They also send text and e-mail reminders about appointments....I can confirm quickly and easily without having to take time out of my busy day to speak with someone. I would recommend this practice to ANYONE! Thank you to each and everyone at Bellbrook Family Dentistry - we couldn't be happier :)
