Let's start with the office. The office itself is a work of art, with professionalism emminating from every inch of the place.
The staff is very welcoming. The hygienist was great at having a conversation where I would be able to answer in short responses so she could do her job. She was very knowledgeable and informative during the process.
Although the building and supporting staff are great, let's get to what really makes that place tick.
Dr. Joe Carrick is knowledgeable and talented. After my hygiene cleaning, he came in to explain in more depth the findings during my cleaning. Stress is probably the main cause of my grinding, but this trip to the dental office was one of the few times I was able to relax.
The thing that sticks out the most and makes me want to come back to this office is that often times you don't find such talent packaged with sincere care for the patient.
I respect Dr. Carrick for his embracing of true customer service. Not in the typically accepted manner of "the customer is always right ", but in that he has the patients best interest at the heart of his action.
I wish I could give this place more stars.
