Very relaxing atmosphere, everyone is super friendly, I wish I found this place sooner
There was hardly a wait to be seen (which is huge!). During my initial appointment the hygienist took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. I feel very confident in the staff's knowledge and was welcomed as a new patient.
On 7/26/17 (at 2 pm) I had a double root canal procedure performed and experienced no pain. I ate a pretty much a usual dinner at 7 pm with no pain. I woke up this morning with no pain or even swelling of my gums. So much for the agony of root canals; it's an urban myth.
My experience with my optometrist appointment was positive. The exam was thorough and I was provided with sufficient information and advice.
My subsequent appointment with the optician was not positive. I was one of two people in the waiting area signed in for help and after the previous customer was served I waited 15 minutes (as the only one there!) before I finally asked the girl at the desk what the delay was. It turns out the optician was just distracted and "didn't notice me"... not a positive start. The subsequent service was decent and I was fitted for glasses I liked and was told the glasses would be back within 2 weeks. After 2.5 weeks with no word on the completion of the glasses I returned to the office and inquired as to whether the glasses were ready. I was told that they had come in but were sent back to the lab for repair, yet I was never informed as to the delay or any re-adjusted expectation for completion..
I guess I am most disappointed because I pay a significant premium ($800+ glasses) for good service along with excellent quality. Falling back on service makes me want to promptly take my optical business elsewhere where I might get better service.
If I were to review this based on my experience with the optometrist, I would give it a 10, but as a complete end-to-end business, I'd have to drop my review to a 7.
