The overall atmosphere is very warm and inviting from the moment you walk in the door. The very professional yet personable staff members greet you with a big friendly smile.

There is minimal if any waiting time to receive service. My hygienist, Ms. Kat, is exceptional.

She makes sure I am informed of what will be transpiring during the process of cleaning my teeth. Her goal is to ensure that I am comfortable and well cared for while in her care.

Dr. Jeff's staff and the total experience encountered at Heritage Dental Associates is a reflection of him. It is evident that he values his patients and strives to provide the highest quality of service possible in every respect.

Not only do I have my teeth cleaned there, but I have received other dental services at Dr. Jeff's office.

I have always been extremely pleased! Without a doubt, I would refer Heritage Dental Associates, Dr. Jeffrey Kendrick, to my family and friends and have done so.

Excellent experience. Elizabeth did incredible work on my teeth and I met the new dentist who was just fantastic. They were both gentle , personable and knowledgeable. Rhonda (desk) is always a joy! Such a great smile and always helpful. Great office!
