I was running very late for my appointment, so I called them and asked them if I should still come or if I should reschedule. The receptionist when and asked Dr. Kent, and they were nice enough to accomodate me even though I was late.
Once I arrived, I waited another 10 minutes in the lobby. When they were ready, I was not greeted by Dr. Kent. I was not given any information about the appointment and what procedures I would have done on me. It was as though I was not a human being.The dentist proceeded with my filling, but it felt painful and rushed, which Dr. Kent also mentioned in frustration that he now has to rush and get my fillings done under a short timeframe. He was very rude and unprofessional. I was appaulled!! That is why I had called upfront to reschedule when I was running late. After several days, I still have pains and regret going with Dr. Kent. I would not return to this dentist for any further dental checkups.
