Did 6 laser hair tx on my underarms. Hair still growing - 4 no later called for an apt to do a touch up. They couldn't give me even a ball park figure for cost made me come for a consult. I made the apt 1 day out! Hadn't been there in 4+ mo and the girl didn't tell me they had moved locations - and the email that was dated 8 days ago had their old address on it! Drive 30 min there 30 back only to find out they weren't there and now I need to reschedule. Screw that! I'll go somewhere else!

Hi Lisa, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry we had to reschedule your consultation. Your appointment was at 10:15 and you were running very late. We have a very busy schedule to accommodate. When touch-ups are needed we have to do a consultation to determine the percentage of reduction and give you an accurate price. We are sorry that you went to our old location but in the email that you responded to it had our new address on it which was sent to you 8 days ago. We have the best laser for hair removal but also educate our patients that you may need more than 6 treatments. I value you as a client and if there is anything I can do please let me know.
