Dr. Lori Floyd is a wonderful optometrist! She was very knowledgeable about the different eye conditions that I have and was able to explain things to me in a simple, easy to understand kind of way. Her support staff also gets 5/5! They patiently taught me how to put in and take out contact lenses for a good half hour, giving me advice and reassurance as I tried to do it for the first time. Would recommend.
