Dr. Lori Floyd and her office staff are wonderful. I was having an issue with my eye and they made accommodations for me to visit the same day on a Saturday. I would definitely recommend Dr. Floyd. She was knowledgeable and very patient with me. Her staff was so friendly and welcoming. They all put me at ease and I was very pleased with my service.

Dr. Floyd and her staff are pleasant, helpful, competent, organized and efficient. I am always recognized and addressed by name when I arrive. The wait is always short, if there is any at all. I began seeing Dr. Floyd after just walking in to ask a question about the lenses in a new pair glasses that I had just received from an optometrist in Irvine. Even though the other doctor could not see the flaw, Dr. Floyd spotted the problem immediately. Needless to say, I was impressed with her skill, and I’ve gone to her ever since.
