My first initial consultation was great but when I went to pick up my glasses I didn't appreciate the way I was treated, I didn't have a mask and the young lady at front treated me like a second class citizen. I can't believe it she kept me outside. I like you dr.lavato but train your staff on how to treat other. The mask dont keep anyone from getting sick. Don't appreciate the way it was handled.

THE MASK DOES KEEP PEOPLE FROM GETTING SICK AND PROTECTED FROM SPREADING THIS VIRUS WE'RE ALL LIVING IN, THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF ALL OF US HAVING TO WEAR IT; SPECIALLY IN DOOR PLACES. IT IS A STATE GUIDELINE MORE SO FOR MEDICAL OFFICES AND HOSPITALS. WE ARE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WE CAN HAVE IN AN ENCLOSED ENVIRONMENT. OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROTECT OUR STAFF AS WELL AS THE REST OF OUR PATIENTS. WE STILL HAVE TO FOLLOW GUIDELINES.

Every time I have an emergency with my dogs they always take care of them. Staff members are so nice, professional and most important they listen to why we are coming with respect and patience. I do recommend Firestone Animal Hospital 100%. Remember that we have to be patience because when we go to any doctor appointment or to ER we have to wait. Not only our pets are in need.Read More …
